I receive this! While I trust my purpose, I have been doubting myself. God laid my purpose down and I truly trust Him. It’s my abilities that have been the problem. Everyone believes in me, and I am constantly being showed favor, but I guess its just our nature to be doubtful. 🙁
Yes, Kristen, I know how that can be. Sometimes, others see our worth and capabilities far clearer than we do. But I’ve learned that when we step up and accept our purposes, God will always step in at just the right moment. Have faith! Trust! 🙂
Consider these two verses:
James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.
Matthew 21:21 And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen.
